The room was soundproof and modern with very comfy bed, I enjoyed it.

The service was good. It is well located. Close to the Gare de l'Est and the metro and facilitates the exploration of the city. Good price for what it offers. We like and recommend.

The location near Gare de l'Est made exploring Paris effortless. The room was cramped and uncomfortable for two guests.

Overnight stay for catching a flight from cd airport. It was good and worth the money.

I was almost going to write a good review, but my luxurious expectations were met with cramped halls and an uncomfortable sofa bed. Don't expect timely service, you'd think the staff would throw in some complimentary treats for being such a 'special' guest. Maybe they just forgot i exist.

Great location, convenient for both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Fine as a base for exploring Paris, where you don't expect to be spending much time in your room. Felt safe and clean. Places to eat nearby.

Expensive - but I guess that's what you pay for three stars in Paris.

The hotel is maintained well and the rooms are clean. The staff were courteous and helping and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast is good and you can also enjoy Organic food which is served. Both Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est stations are walking distance and you have variety of restaurants around the hotel. Taxis are difficult to be found at times in Paris and I was helped by the staff in the reception who kept on trying many taxi companies to arrange a taxi for me to reach the airport on time. Since I visit Paris every six months, I definitely look forward to staying again at the property.

Limited cleaning standards led to some unsatisfactory experiences!!! The exterior environment doesn't feel very appealing!!!

Sorry, the area and hotel were awful.....

No refrigerator, the hair dryer was not working, very very poor decoration, trully a disaster.

Ideal hotel with highly caring staff, has perfect location close to transport witch. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. They serve tasty food, have a good choice of options to choose from.

The hotel's unique blend of old and modern architecture really stood out for me .
